Voluntary Meal Plans

 Your life is busy...school, work, activities.  Dining on campus is an easy choice that fits into your lifestyle.  We offer  A few dining plans to fit your needs.

Our Voluntary block plans are available to all commuter students, faculty, and staff.  Dine with us in the conveniently located Mitchell's Dining Hall or T-Rex Grill.  One swipe provides you with access for one meal period - all-you-care-to-eat.  Available seven days per week during the academic year.  As you run low on meals, you may re-enroll in a block plan throughout the year.

Purchase $100 in dining dollars receive $110 in dining dollars. May be used at Mitchell’s Dining Hall or T-Rex Grill.

How to purchase Block Plans

Block Plans can be purchased on the shop now page or through the Western Wyoming Dining Services Office Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Payments can be made with Cash or Credit, Debit.  Purchased meals expire at the end of the Spring Semester.  All purchased meals are non-refundable, nor transferable. Arrangements can be made to purchase meals after 4:00 p.m. Please contact the Dining Service team via telephone at (307) 382-1674 or by email diningservices@westernwy.edu.

The dining hall is closed during major holidays (Spring Break, Thanksgiving) including weekends that may fall within these vacation periods. Closed for Summer semester and between Fall and Spring semesters.
