Mitchell's Dining Hall
The philosophy of the Dining Hall program is to provide students with a new home away from home experience where they can get something they like to eat, served by friendly people in clean and inviting surroundings. Our concern is genuine and we work hard to convey and realize our commitment to serving the students' needs and satisfying their tastes. We listen to the customers and respond to their ideas and suggestions in a professional and friendly manner. We believe in providing positive explanations of what we can do for them by finding out what foods and services our customers want.

Monday - Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Monday - Friday: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The dining hall is closed during major holidays (Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas) and Saturdays and Sundays that fall within these vacation periods. Snacks and alternate meals may be purchased at the T-Rex Grill, located in the Atrium.

Students behaving in a disruptive manner in the food services area will be dealt with through the Vice President for Student Success Office. Sanctions could include losing food services privileges permanently without refund, and losing their housing contract (if applicable). All of these sanctions are appealable through the Student Affairs Appeals Board (SAAB).
